How has COVID-19 impacted operations at Arsimus?

While all of here at Arsimus continue to operate normally during this time, the shipping services we employ have been impacted by the novel coronavirus. This may result in some delays in delivery. Thank you for your understanding.

Where does my order ship from?

All orders ship from our warehouse location outside of Los Angeles, CA.

How will I know that my order was received?

You'll receive an automated e-mail confirming your order once it has been received.

When will my order ship?

We try our best to ship out all orders that arrive before 2PM on Mondays through Fridays on the same day. Orders that arrive after 2PM, or orders that are placed on holidays or weekends will be shipped out the next business day.

When will my order arrive? 

Standard shipping

• Standard shipping generally takes 2 to 7 business days to arrive. Please be advised that standard delivery times vary depending on your zip code.

Expedited shipping

• Expedited shipping generally takes between 1 and 3 business days to arrive. Expedited shipping delivery times also vary depending on your zip code.

Can I come pick up my order?

Unfortunately, we do not offer in-store pickup at this time.
